3. To receive a Report by the Council Chairman.

4. To receive a report from the Parish Beat Manager/Police Community Support Officer.

5. To receive reports from the County Council and District Council Councilors.

6. To receive the Council’s Draft 2011/12 Income and Expenditure Accounts.

7. To receive reports from Village organizations.

8. To consider matters raised by the public.
