You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Feniton Parish Council to be held on Monday 8th October 2007 at 7.30 pm in the Feniton Village Hall Annex to discuss items on the Agenda and to make resolutions as expedient. A period of 15 minutes is allowed prior to the start of the meeting to permit members of the public to bring any matters to the notice of the Council.

- 6. To consider an application by Mrs P E Blackmore for co-option onto the Council.
- 7. To discuss the following Planning matters:
- a. 07/2490/FUL 38 Lincoln Close, erection of rear extension.
- b. 07/2657/TRE 6 Salisbury Avenue, remove 3 lower branches, raise the crown over the road and thin, and reduce the crown of 1 sweet chestnut.
- c. 07/2690/FUL 3 Canterbury Close, car port.
- d. 07/2090/FUL 51 The Signals, single storey rear extension.
- e. 2 South View land adjacent – erection of dwelling and construction of new access – appeal.
- 8. Traffic Talaton Road – to consider the response by DCC.
- 9. Finance – to approve October payments.
