You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Feniton Parish Council to be held on Monday 8th January 2007 at 7.30 pm in the Feniton Village Hall Annex to discuss items on the Agenda and to make resolutions as expedient.

A period of 15 minutes is allowed prior to the commencement of the meeting for members of the public to bring relevant matters to the notice of the Council

- a. Refurbishment of the bus shelter in Station Road.

7. Planning matters:
- a. Applications:
- 06/2963/FUL erection of 2 poultry houses, land at Kirtin Lane, Buckerell, amended plan
- b. EDDC decisions:
- 06/2145/COU 3 Court Cottages, new kitchen and bathroom in annex, bedroom in adjoining barn including 2 roof lights and amended windows.
- 06/1505/FUL Feniton Mill, Fenny Bridges, new driveway and stock proof fence.
- c. Planning correspondence – Mr & Mrs Garside re- Eaton Villa.
8. Finance – to authorise January payments.
9. To finalise the 2007/08 budget to include Section 137 Grants.
