You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Feniton Parish Council to be held on Monday 10th December 2007 at 7.30 pm in the Feniton Village Hall Annex to discuss items on the Agenda and to make resolutions as expedient. A period of 15 minutes is allowed prior to the start of the meeting to permit members of the public to bring any matters to the notice of the Council.

6. To discuss the following Planning matters:

a. 07/3186/FUL The Sidings, Colestocks Road, erection of new garage to front of property.
b. 07/2690/FUL 3 Canterbury Close, car port.

8. Finance –

a. to authorise December payments.
b. to set the 2009/10 allotments rents.
c. to finalise the 2008/09 budget.
