- 3. To receive a Report by the Council Chairman.
- 4. To receive a report from the Parish Beat Manager/Police Community Support Officer.
- 5. To receive reports from the County Council and District Council Councillors.
- 6. To receive the Council’s Draft 2006/7 Income and Expenditure Accounts.
- 7. To receive reports from Village organisations.
- 8. To consider matters raised by the public.
